No?  You are not alone.  Norwegians are good at speaking English, but that can blind them to the difficulties of writing well in this or any other foreign language.

They may fall into two key traps:

making errors of grammar, spelling and style which obscures their message, irritate the reader-even if only subconsciously-and create a generally bad impression

failing to appreciate how little most foreigners actually know about Norway, and thereby taking too much for granted.
